How to make an appointment

You can book an appointment in the following ways:

• Telephone by calling 01332 291991
• Visiting the practice

An appointment is for one person only. Where another family member needs to be seen or discussed, another appointment should be made.

You have the right to see the clinician of your choice, but this may not be possible if you need to be seen urgently.

Routine Appointments

We offer appointments during the following hours:

• Monday – 09:00-18:00
• Tuesday – 09:00-18:00
• Wednesday – 09:00-18:00
• Thursday – 09:00-18:00
• Friday – 07:30-18:00
• Saturday – Closed
• Sunday – Closed

Telephone Advice

The nurses and doctors may be consulted for advice over the telephone if you do not feel an appointment is necessary.

Cancelling an Appointment

If you are unable to keep your appointment, it is important that you inform the surgery as soon as possible.

Appointments are always in heavy demand and yours could be offered to another patient.
